The location offered stunning views across the bay, and the staff were truly attentive and friendly. The shuttle service to the beach was also very convenient, enhancing our experience.
While the hotel restaurant featured excellent food, it was a bit pricey for casual dining.

The kitchen in my room made me feel like a queen, with enough space to whip up snacks while gazing at the gorgeous harbor view – talk about royal treatment!
More variety in breakfast menu choices, please!

The proximity to Hamilton via a complimentary ferry makes getting around convenient, and the spacious balconies offer fantastic views that truly enhance the stay. The wood floors in the room stand out, avoiding the stale hotel carpet vibe, providing a unique touch when compared to typical resorts.
Prices run high, even in the off-season, with breakfast costing around $30 per person and limited options available. Upon arrival, the request for a higher floor with a better view went unfulfilled, leading to disappointment with the less impressive view from the first floor. Additionally, the hot tub was out of service for the last two days of the stay, which is frustrating given the resort's higher rates.

would come again
The king studio had a comfy bed, kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave, and a spacious balcony overlooking the waterfront. The fitness center was well-equipped and the hot tub was nice, although jets were often off. The shuttle service to the beach was quite convenient, and the food was decent, but a bit pricey.

The one-bedroom suite had an amazing balcony with stunning views across the harbor. The kitchenette made meals easier, especially since dining out is pricey. The room was spacious, and the oversized bed provided great comfort. Housekeeping stood out. they were friendly and decorated the room beautifully. On the downside, the shuttle service often took too long to pick us up, especially after dining out. One night, we waited over an hour, which was frustrating. Breakfast at the hotel wasn’t included, and the menu options felt limited for the price. Also, the pool had heating issues, leaving it uncomfortably cold towards the end of our stay. Despite these hiccups, the overall stay was enjoyable. The ferry service offered convenient access to Hamilton, even if scheduling was a bit restrictive.
